Do you provide custom orders ?
I will be happy to create a custom product for you. Please go to the Menu and click on 'Custom Order'. Let me know in the form what you want exactly and I will get back to you shortly with few propositions.
What Is The Processing time ?
'Ready To Ship' products will be processed within 1-3 business days. For custom orders, the processing time will be between 2-7 days.
What happens after I place an Order ?
You will receive a confirmation email when your order is approved. Another email we be sent to you with tracking info when the order is on its way.
Please double check the address you leave at checkout to make sure it is correct.
Do You Ship Internationally?
International shipping is currently available for US, Canada, UK, Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
However, shipping in other countries might be possible. Contact me for more information at irene@ikoyu.com
Returns and Exchanges?
We gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
For returns or exchanges, contact us within 7 days of delivery to receive approval for either option and for directions on how to ship your item back.
Items for return or exchange must be shipped back within 30 days of delivery.
